Hiring Roles & Qualifications:

As an IT Helpdesk – Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

you will handle frontline IT requests, SaaS access setup, account provisioning, and identity management tasks. You will manage user access, support compliance practices, resolve technical concerns, and assist global teams with accurate and timely IT service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year in SaaS technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service (preferably U.S./EU clients)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools (G Suite, Slack, CRMs, Jira, etc.)
  • Comfortable managing user access for SaaS apps (Figma, Miro, Salesforce, Slack, etc.)

As a Senior Systems Engineer – Azure you will design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructures across on-premises and cloud environments. You will support escalations, manage Windows and Office 365 systems, enforce identity security, and ensure environments operate reliably and securely.

Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years supporting workstation and Office 365 escalations
  • Expertise in Windows Infrastructure: AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
  • Skilled in O365 administration: Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, AAD Connect
  • Knowledge of mail flow, spam filtering, phishing training
  • Strong O365 security knowledge (MFA, Conditional Access)
  • Familiar with DLP, retention, eDiscovery, incident response
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with identity systems: Azure AD, SAML SSO, RBAC

As a QA Engineer you will ensure software quality through manual testing, defect identification, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams. You will support accurate releases, follow structured QA processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications:

  • Mid-level: 1–2 years testing experience
  • Senior-level: 4+ years, including 2 years in a lead or sub-lead role
  • Strong grasp of Agile QA processes and testing principles
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman is a plus)
  • Knowledge of test automation or Playwright is an advantage
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

As a .NET Developer you will rebuild and enhance a large participant management system by developing scalable backend services and a refreshed frontend interface. You will collaborate with global teams and help modernize complex workflows, data structures, and integrations.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years experience with C# and the .NET stack
  • Strong background in SQL Server-backed applications
  • Proficiency with React, Angular, or Vue
  • Experience managing complex data models and multi-step workflows
  • Strong understanding of secure authentication and role-based permissions
  • Skilled in APIs, data parsing, and file upload handling
  • Experience with legacy system migration or Drupal data
  • Knowledge of multi-tenancy and scaling strategies
  • Familiarity with ASX/financial data APIs
  • Experience with document generation or PDF tools
